AAR has been closely involved in community programmes where members of staff are  part of this investment. Through its close engagement, starting from the Chairman, CEO right across the staff strata, AAR has been associated with impacting on the social embetterment as well as on the environment. It has succeeded in this by being closely involved in many social works

Employee Voluntary Programme,  is what the employees of a company give back to the outside community or to the less fortunate of the community, outside office hours on a voluntary basis. It’s part of the social responsibility of a company. 

AAR Beckmann Trust coordinates the Community engagement and Employee Voluntary programme (EVP) of AAR.
